Every manufacturer's products are stored and inventoried in our warehouse ready for immediate shipment. Our computer system tracks each and every item with extreme precision. When an order is received at Collage headquarters, it is promptly entered into our system and is shipped complete to the customer within 48 hours. Collage operates a small retail center for marketing purposes.Our small store front provides valuable insight from the public as they voice their opinions with their purchases which we track and monitor on a constant basis. If a manufacturer is considering a new product, we happily conduct surveys for the manufacturer using a sample, an idea, or product prototypes. The information received from these surveys, from our formal market studies, and from the information reps offer often ensures a much greater success rate when the final product is released for sale.

Our responsibilities at Collage Motivate, manage, hire, replace, communicate with, and fully support the national sales rep force on a daily basis. Receive all the orders, pack the orders, ship the orders, pay for the shipping, invoice the orders, actively collect all payment, pay all the rep commissions, while providing exemplary customer service to sales reps and buyers. Design, print, produce, and ship all the sales tools for the national sales force including the rep sample decks, everyday and holiday catalogs, national direct mail campaigns, publication ads, website design and maintenance, rack programs, spinner specials, and current client maintenance. Plan, implement, and ship all new product releases to our sales rep force throughout the year. Aggressively pursue all potential avenues and opportunities for sales, marketing and public relations. Responsibilities of a manufacturer distributed by Collage Immerse themselves in the creative side of the business. Print, produce, package, price the product, and ship the product to Collage.
